My name is Karla.  I graduated from Northwestern in 1995.  I double majored in Elementary Education and Special Education at Northern State University receiving my degree in May 1999.  I am currently living on our family farm and working at Northwestern where I am an elementary and special education aide.  I work primarily in the K-3 classrooms.  My duties include recess duty, correcting papers, recording grades, giving one on one help to students, substituting, and basically anything else our elementary staff needs.  I have attended numerous workshops including Technology for Teaching and Learning and Advanced Technology for Teaching and Learning.
